- Contact Your Lender
If you are unable to afford your current mortgage payments you are encouraged to discuss available options with your lender. To contact your loan representative or the Credit Administration Department please call 1.360.537.4057 or toll free at 1.888.855.8267 ext. 1273.
- Gather Your Financial Documents
You will need to have the following documents when you meet with your loan representative to discuss options for avoiding foreclosure:- Current Personal Financial Information, click here and complete the form.
- Copy of your most recent pay-stubs
- Any other documents requested by your loan representative
- Contact a Certified Housing Counseling Agency
