A message from our CEO regarding COVID-19
As members of your community, at Bank of the Pacific we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) issue very seriously. To ensure our environment is as safe as possible, we are implementing the following:
- Effective Tuesday, March 17, all Branch Locations will be operating by Drive-Up and ATM only for at least the next 15 days. In addition, online banking, mobile banking, night depositories, and Telebanc services are all available to you.
- If you have not done so already, we encourage you to download the Bank of the Pacific mobile app or use your computer to stay connected and bank 24/7. Using these services is simple and free.
- Additionally all non-branch facilities will also be closed to the public with access provided by appointment only. Rest assured we are still operational. Should you have a loan or other transaction in process with us, your Banker is available by phone or email and stands ready to serve!
Lastly, Bank of the Pacific would never ask you for your personal information or log-in credentials in an email, text message or over the phone. We ask you to be on the lookout for suspicious attempts to convince you to share your sensitive information such as user name and password.
The health and welfare of our customers and our employees is paramount as we work through the challenges with COVID-19 and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
