I lost my mobile device. Who should I notify?

If your phone/mobile device is lost or stolen, call us at (888) 855-8267, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If after hours, do the following:

  1. Notify your cellular service provider that you need to suspend/deactivate your service until your device is located.
  2. Login to your email account and change your password.
  3. While logged into online banking, click on “Security” and update your secure access delivery options. Remove your cell phone number until your phone has been located or reactivated.
