If your phone/mobile device is lost or stolen, call us at (888) 855-8267, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If after hours, do the following:
- Notify your cellular service provider that you need to suspend/deactivate your service until your device is located.
- Login to your email account and change your password.
- While logged into online banking, click on “Security” and update your secure access delivery options. Remove your cell phone number until your phone has been located or reactivated.
