Joey Elder
Joey Elder began his banking career in 2010 and has served as the Aberdeen Branch Manager since 2019. He is skilled in team development, operational excellence, and driving high performance. Dedicated to empowering his team members through coaching, role-playing, and confidence-building to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding policy and compliance standards. Leadership that balances productivity, integrity, and long-term growth are Joey’s passions. He believes in doing what is right, helping people grow, and giving back whenever he can. Volunteering more than one hundred hours annually, Joey serves the Grays Harbor community as a board member for the Domestic Violence Center of Grays Harbor, as well as the Economic Development Advisory Committee for the City of Aberdeen. His team of ten employees are honored to serve their community as auction clerks to raise funding for local non-profits throughout the year and dedicate time each week to package fresh food for distribution throughout Grays Harbor to local families and food banks. The Aberdeen team is proud to support their great community!
