Banner Bank to Acquire Bank of the Pacific

Banner Corp. and Pacific Financial Corp. today have jointly announced that they have entered into a definitive merger agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, Banner will acquire Pacific Financial in an all-stock transaction, subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
